Софийският градски съд ще гледа днес делото срещу бившия лидер на „Продължаваме промяната“ Кирил Петков.
Той е подсъдим заради ареста на лидера на ГЕРБ Бойко Борисов, Владислав Горанов и Севдалина Арнаудова, извършен през март 2022 г. Обвинението срещу Петков е за длъжностни престъпления, извършени в качеството му на министър-председател.
Очаква се да стане ясно дали лидерът на ГЕРБ Бойко Борисов ще бъде разпитан по искане на прокуратурата.
В края на януари един от свидетелите по делото – полицай Цветан Йоцов от ГДНП, заяви, че обиските и арестите на Борисов, Горанов и Арнаудова са били обсъждани с Петков в Министерския съвет.
Европейският главен прокурор вчера отрече да има общо с ареста на лидера на ГЕРБ преди четири години. Ръководителят ѝ Лаура Кьовеши уточни, че към този момент прокуратурата на ЕС не е водила разследване.
